Xavier Blackhurst joined YCG in April 2024 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to joining YCG, he held leadership roles in the professional services and healthcare industries, where he directed operational, strategic, and entrepreneurial initiatives to enhance organizational growth and efficiency. Xavier earned dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration from Weber State University and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
